August 30, 2007 Workshop & Special Meeting Agenda Item #12 Item Title Interagency Agreement between the School Board of Clay County and Clay and Baker Kids Net, Inc. Issue/Rationale Clay Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) was awarded the contract to provide supervision of the foster care system, formerly under the Department of Children and Families (DCF), in Clay and Baker County.  This foster care system is titled the Clay and Baker Kids Net, Inc. (CBKN).  Since the agreement was approved in May 2007, First Coast Workforce Development, Inc. rejoined in the collaboration and the format of the Agreement was revised by CBKN. Recommended Action Approve the Interagency Agreement between the School Board of Clay County and Clay and Baker Kids Net, Inc. as submitted.
